The Business Integration Leader (BIL) is responsible for leading high-priority cross-functional integration initiatives that support business growth, operational alignment, and value creation. Acting on behalf of the Business Sponsor, the BIL coordinates stakeholders, oversees execution, and drives successful delivery of strategic objectives through effective program leadership and governance.

Your role: 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation and integration programs, establishing governance, driving execution, and ensuring successful implementation against agreed business objectives.

• Drive realization of deal value by delivering transaction objectives, synergy targets, and value creation initiatives while monitoring progress against business case commitments and integration milestones. 

• Partner closely with the Business Sponsor, PMI&D Lead, functional leaders, and key business stakeholders to align priorities, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective execution across all integration workstreams.

• Manage program risks, dependencies, and critical decisions, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives.

• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and governance bodies on program progress, key risks, milestone achievements, and required actions to support successful delivery.

• Drive program closure by ensuring integration objectives are achieved, operational ownership is transitioned, and lessons learned are captured to support future transactions. 

• You will work with a diverse network of senior business leaders, functional experts, external advisors, and integration workstream leaders across geographies and functions. 

You're the right fit if: 

• 10-15+ years of leadership experience in business transformation, program management, strategic consulting, integration leadership, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives in global organizations.

• Strong program leadership, business acumen, stakeholder management, change leadership, risk management, financial mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to influence without direct authority. 

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Management, or related field preferred. 

• Able to navigate ambiguity, drive decisions in complex environments, and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups while maintaining focus on value creation and business outcomes. 

Compensation & benefits 
 

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 93.049–€ 155.081. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. 
This role is eligible for Annual Incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
