Job Description

En résumé:   
Développer et maintenir un pipeline d'opportunités de vente qualifiées sur le marché français avec les acteurs clés comme les grossistes répartiteurs, les groupes supportés par des fonds d'investissement qui gèrent un parc de pharmacies adhérentes et des projets industriels, ainsi que les acteurs influents des groupes locaux régionaux qui détiennent plus de 50 pharmacies adhérentes.

Responsabilités principales:   

• Identifier les besoins des clients potentiels et proposer des solutions adaptées de BD Rowa.
• Gérer l'intégralité du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la signature du contrat, en mode projet.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes EMEA PDC et project managers PDC à Kelberg.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques et marketing pour élaborer des propositions de valeur convaincantes.
• Négocier les termes des contrats et s'assurer de leur bonne exécution.
• Participer à des salons professionnels et événements sectoriels pour promouvoir les offres de BD Rowa.
• Assurer une veille concurrentielle et remonter les informations pertinentes à l'équipe.
• Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et de croissance de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché:   

• Bac+5 en Commerce, Ingénierie commerciale ou équivalent.
• Expérience significative (minimum 5 ans) en développement commercial B2B, idéalement dans le secteur de l'automatisation, de la logistique ou des technologies médicales.
• Forte orientation client et excellentes compétences en négociation et persuasion.
• Capacité avérée à gérer des projets complexes et à travailler en mode projet.
• Maîtrise parfaite du français (écrit et oral) et très bon niveau d'anglais professionnel. L'allemand est un plus.
• Autonomie, proactivité et esprit d'initiative.
• Permis de conduire et disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents en France.
