Account Executive
PLEASE NOTE: This position is located in Denver, CO or Seattle, WA and will require attendance at our office Tuesday–Thursday. Employees will work remotely Monday and Friday.

The Opportunity
As Account Executive on LendingTree’s insurance B2B sales team, you’ll partner with insurance professionals and small business owners across the country to help them achieve their financial and growth goals. This is a full-cycle closing role where you’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, recommend tailored lead-generation solutions, and guide prospects from initial conversation through close.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build relationships with small business owners and insurance professionals through outbound phone and email outreach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend lead-generation solutions tailored to their business goals.
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Stay current on multiple product offerings and confidently guide customers through product selection and funding.
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices, solve challenges, and drive overall team performance.

You’ll be part of LendingTree’s insurance B2B sales organization, working alongside motivated sales professionals in a collaborative, high-energy environment. You’ll partner closely with teammates, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to develop your product knowledge, sharpen your sales skills, and deliver strong results for customers. What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging phone presence.
- Sales experience is preferred, particularly in B2B, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or other customer-facing environments.
- The ability to quickly learn complex products, industries, and customer needs.
- Strong computer proficiency; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A demonstrated ability—or strong potential—to close deals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A coachable mindset and genuine desire to grow within a sales organization.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

- $51,500 base salary ($24.76 per hour annualized) plus uncapped commission
- Estimated Year 1 on-target earnings of $85,000+

Base Pay: $51,500 ($24.76 per hour annualized)
Incentive Compensation: This position offers uncapped commission with estimated Year 1 on-target earnings of $85,000+.
Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule with in-office attendance Tuesday–Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.
