We’re currently searching for an experienced new business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and collaborates with our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. The new business development manager will be a critical part of the Global Partners Branded Wholesale Team, reporting to the Vice President of Branded Wholesale for New England. Growth and expansion of new business in the Branded Gasoline market are an essential part of this role.

Job Description:

• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions aimed at driving profitable growth
• Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to advance the sales process
• Manage sale opportunities through a robust CRM pipeline
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
• Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape
• Development of strong customer contacts with focus on positive business relationships
• Profitable and sustainable deal structuring

Pay Range:

$98,600.00 - $147,800.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
