Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute growth strategies that expand CACI's presence across an assigned portfolio of Federal Civilian customers, including DOE, DOT, FAA, and EPA, and achieve annual pipeline and bookings objectives.
•Build and maintain a robust, qualified business development pipeline, ensuring disciplined opportunity progression, accurate forecasting, and alignment with growth objectives.
•Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities, assess competition, and inform business development strategies.
•Proactively identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by understanding the Federal Civilian agency missions, modernization priorities, and anticipating emerging requirements.
•Partner with CACI’s Digital & Network Technology Line of Business leadership to prioritize growth opportunities, inform investment decisions, and ensure accountability for business development performance and results.
•Build and maintain trusted relationships with the key Federal Civilian agency stakeholders, including senior government leaders, mission owners, program executives, and acquisition decision-makers, to understand customer priorities and strengthen CACI's value proposition.
•Leverage CACI's broad portfolio of capabilities and solutions to address the Federal Civilian agency mission challenges, develop differentiated solutions, and expand into new mission areas.
•Lead early opportunity shaping activities that influence customer requirements, acquisition strategies, and competitive positioning well in advance of formal solicitations.
•Collaborate with Capture Managers, Solution Architects, the Line of Business, and industry partners to develop winning strategies and integrate differentiated solutions to optimize success for strategic pursuits through award.
•Prepare and lead milestone reviews, new business reviews, and executive briefings to drive informed decisions, accountability, and disciplined execution of growth priorities.

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with 10+ years of relevant Federal business development, sales, or growth experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, if required for assigned customers or programs.

• Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that expand business into new mission areas and customer organizations, resulting in competitive new business contract awards valued at greater than $75M.

• Established relationships with DOE, DOT, FAA, and/or EPA customers and demonstrated ability to engage senior government leaders, mission stakeholders, and acquisition decision-makers.

• Demonstrated understanding of the Federal Civilian agency mission priorities, modernization initiatives, organizational structures, acquisition strategies, and competitive dynamics.

• Experience developing and managing a substantial Federal business development pipeline, including opportunity qualification, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

• Proven success shaping and positioning complex Federal business opportunities through early customer engagement, acquisition strategy development, competitive analysis, and strategic teaming.

• Proven ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization, align diverse stakeholders, and mobilize resources to achieve business development objectives.

• Experience developing strategic industry partnerships and teaming strategies to expand market access and strengthen competitive positioning.

• Strong understanding of Federal acquisition processes, FAR regulations, contracting strategies, and customer buying behaviors.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess market opportunities, evaluate competitive positioning, and contribute to strategic investment decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, take ownership of growth objectives, and proactively develop business opportunities with limited oversight.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and government customers.
