Role: Business Development Executive - Recruitment Specialist

Location: Remote (India)

Employment type: Full-time

Compensation: ~4.35 LPA + incentives (30,000+ take home per month + incentives)

Typical hours: 10 - 8 (with breaks)

Working days: 6 days a week (Sunday is a holiday)

Description - About the role

You’d be doing a wide variety of things - talking to the Founding team and CXOs to understand what they are looking for in the crucial person to join their team. Then, picking people who you think are up for the challenge. Communicating and coordinating with them to get a candidate placed in the firm. You’d also analyse trends in which candidates get selected, use internal tools to find the best talent, and understand trends across industries.

This role could lead to a Founder’s office role in a year or two.

Who are we looking for:

An exceptional communicator: Your communication is clear, you have the ability to communicate with CXOs confidently, and you can talk to candidates with clarity and empathy. The energy and enthusiasm to talk, express and “listen” in a conversation. English fluency is a must, and other languages are a plus.

Hustler mindset: high agency, strong personal accountability, and a preference for direct hands-on execution - essentially a go-getter attitude.

Coachable, detail-oriented and action-oriented: You are willing to learn, absorb feedback rapidly, and adapt accordingly, looking forward to acting and not just observing. You have a keen eye for detail, and you don’t let go until your final work is polished.

No hiring experience is required; you’ll learn in our 4-6 week training program - you get full pay during this period :)
