About the job
Join Sertis and play a key role in turning client opportunities into successful engagements. You'll work closely with our consulting team across the full commercial cycle, from market and competitor insights to pricing, proposals, and coordination with clients and internal teams. It's a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in the business side of data and AI, with solutions spanning cloud migration, data platforms, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.
In this role, you will get to:
- Prepare and manage commercial documents such as quotations, invoices, pricing sheets, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (project manager, technical, accounting and finance) and clients to keep deals and projects on track.
- Pick up follow-up work after client meetings and turn consultants' notes and requests into finished deliverables.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support business decisions.
- Support the development of product pricing strategies and pricing models.
- Maintain pipeline tracking and provide regular status updates to the team.
- Prepare presentation decks and supporting materials for client meetings.
- Join client meetings from time to time to support consultants and capture action items.
You'll be successful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, consulting support, or a similar role, ideally in a tech company.
- Genuine interest in technology, data, and AI, with strong digital literacy.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, and comfort using LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in your daily work.
- Strong English communication skills, confident working with international colleagues and teams across the company.
- Quick learner who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Professional and collaborative: you build good relationships easily, take ownership of your work, stay calm under pressure, and are open to both giving and receiving feedback.
