We are seeking an experienced Business Central Solution Lead to join our Managed Services team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the technical and functional direction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central services across our managed customer portfolio.

As the Business Central Solution Lead, you will act as the highest point of escalation for complex Business Central issues, lead significant service improvements and changes, and mentor a team of consultants delivering high-quality support services. You will work closely with customers, technical teams, practice leadership, and service management to ensure outstanding service delivery while helping customers maximise the value of their Business Central investment.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Central Functional and Technical Consultants.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day leadership across support and change activities.
• Support performance reviews, development planning and capability growth.

Service Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Own the technical and functional direction for Business Central within the Managed Services practice.
• Ensure delivery teams follow ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
• Monitor SLA, KPI and service performance metrics and drive corrective actions where required.

Service Delivery & Customer Success

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex Business Central support issues.
• Maintain knowledge bases, runbooks, SOPs and support documentation.
• Advise customers on Microsoft release waves, upgrades and Business Central roadmaps

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary escalation contact for Business Central managed service customers.
• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Service Reviews.
• Present service performance, SLA adherence, improvement initiatives and risks

Requirements

Essential

• 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Business Central solutions.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or coordinating consultants or support teams.
• Experience operating in a Managed Services, ERP Support or Consulting environment.
• Knowledge of Business Central ISV solutions such as Continia, Jet Reports, Insight Works and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
