Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The position also entails designing new operating models that align with strategic goals and supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases. Additionally, the Business Architect plays a crucial role in steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring that the envisioned changes are effectively realized across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the alignment of business strategies with technology solutions to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to foster mutual understanding and effective collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Experience in designing and implementing business transformation initiatives.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business needs and technical concepts clearly.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
