The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities by shaping operating models and supporting transformational initiatives. Throughout the day, collaboration with multiple teams and guiding the implementation of key projects are essential to ensure successful outcomes and sustained business improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing business operating models that support organizational transformation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and deliver practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
