The OpportunityAs a Business Application Consulting - Program Risk & Quality Sr Associate you will provide consulting services that help clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support for a range of business applications. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your personal brand, technical skills, and understanding of the business context within our Business Application Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will focus on program risk and quality workstreams, use critical thinking to break down issues, interpret data into recommendations, and contribute to deliverables that support client objectives and the broader service strategy.
Responsibilities
- Managing program risk and quality activities across business application consulting workstreams
- Analyzing implementation plans, delivery status, and issue logs to identify risks, dependencies, and control gaps
- Coordinating with client teams and internal stakeholders to track actions, clarify requirements, and support timely decisions
- Reviewing project documentation, status reporting, and solution artifacts for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Supporting control design and testing activities for technology implementations and transformation initiatives
- Interpreting data and project indicators to develop insights, escalate concerns, and inform recommendations
- Mentoring junior team members on delivery methods, documentation standards, and issue resolution approaches
- Applying knowledge of business applications, systems project management, and implementation support to improve delivery outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating program risk and quality governance experience
- Applying program controls and security integration knowledge
- Analyzing complex issues across business applications
- Interpreting data for insights and recommendations

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
