Key Responsibilities:

• Apply professional expertise to support business analysis activities on various projects and assignments.
• Perform business analysis tasks with increasing independence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and project teams.
• Assist in the identification of business problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the achievement of project objectives by supporting solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop insights, and communicate findings effectively.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Continuously develop knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologies.

Ideal Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Experience supporting projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to business analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with project management and business analysis methodologies.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
