Our Knoxville, TN Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated driver associate to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following Bulk driver professional position available:

· Monday to Friday 6:00AM until route is complete.

· $22.14/hr

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 paid after 90 days of employment and an additional $500 paid after six months of employment.

Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You’ll Need

· Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License

· Ability to maintain a safe driving history

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Demonstrated excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

· Problem resolution skills

· Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted

· Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours

· Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours

· Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements of physical set by DOT

· 6 months+ experience in a bulk/straight truck or larger delivery vehicle
