The opportunity:

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social and Creator Marketer to build how Reevo shows up in the feed. You'll own organic social and our creator and influencer program end to end, and you'll be the person who turns our product, our customers, and our point of view into content that our ICP stop for.

Social and creators are the heart of the role. They're also the center of a bigger question you'll help answer: how Reevo shows up in the world. PR and events are part of that same external presence, and you'll shape both so that what we say in the press and on the conference floor sounds like what people see in the feed. Growing reach, followers, and engagement is the baseline we expect from anyone in this seat; the real measure is building a channel we can trace to business results over time.

We care a lot about building a strong in-person culture, and we’re very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week — that’s important to how we operate and scale right now.

Who you are:

• You've built a creator or influencer program from scratch and can show the numbers behind it

• You have a feel for what works on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and short-form video, and you can make content yourself rather than only briefing it

• You're comfortable owning a budget and a calendar, and you'd rather ship ten tests than polish one plan

• You use AI tools as part of your daily workflow for research, drafting, editing, and reporting

• You're a collaborative partner whom people love working with

What you'll do:

• Influencer and creator program: own strategy, sourcing, pricing, briefing, contracting, activation, and measurement across sales, revenue ops, and founder creators. Scale the program from a monthly push to an always-on channel.

• Organic social: own the strategy and execution for Reevo's brand channels, from platform mix and content approach to measurement and reporting. Build the content engine, including video, that feeds both organic and paid.

• Executive and founder presence: build a lightweight program that gets our CEO, CRO, and leaders posting consistently with a clear point of view.

• PR: own the big moments, including launch announcements, funding and milestone news, and product and data stories (such as the Selling Index). You'll manage our PR agency and set the story calendar rather than pitch day to day, and you'll build relationships with the sales and AI trade press over time.

• Events: shape Reevo's presence at the conferences where our ICP is, including sponsorship selection, messaging, on-site activations, and creator tie-ins. You own the brand and awareness side; field programs such as dinners, lead capture, and webinars sit with the growth team.

• Measurement: build the path from baseline metrics to business results. You'll set up the attribution, report monthly on both the baseline and the leads and pipeline this channel influences, and use it to decide which creators, formats, and platforms get more budget.

What you bring:

• 5+ years in social, influencer, or brand marketing at high-growth startups, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-native companies

• A track record of running creator and influencer partnerships with measurable business results, including pricing, contracts, and performance tracking

• Strong creative judgment and the ability to produce and direct content that resonates with our ICP

• Experience managing PR agencies or running earned media directly, including writing and pitching

• Experience shaping event presence, from sponsorship decisions to on-site programming

• Expertise in platform best practices (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Meta) and in social listening and analytics tools

• Experience running social and creator as an attributed channel, including UTMs, creator codes, self-reported attribution, and reporting on leads and pipeline rather than reach alone
