À propos de ce poste Brand Manager - Marketing & Communications chez Helsing
Who we are
Helsing is a defence AI company. Our mission is to protect our democracies. We aim to achieve technological leadership, so that open societies can continue to make sovereign decisions and control their ethical standards.
As democracies, we believe we have a special responsibility to be thoughtful about the development and deployment of powerful technologies like AI. We take this responsibility seriously.
We are an ambitious and committed team of engineers, AI specialists and customer-facing programme managers. We are looking for mission-driven people to join our European teams – and apply their skills to solve the most complex and impactful problems. We embrace an open and transparent culture that welcomes healthy debates on the use of technology in defence, its benefits, and its ethical implications.
The role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to help build and protect one of Europe's most consequential technology brands. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Director, you will own the day-to-day delivery and evolution of the Helsing brand.
At Helsing, we practise authentic marketing that reflects our technology, our values and our mission. The strongest brands are built on conviction the audience can feel — and as Brand Manager, you carry that conviction into everything we make. Consistently. To the highest standard. Across every touchpoint, from a product launch on the world stage to a single internal template.
This is a role with genuine scope. You will own delivery end-to-end across a broad portfolio of brand activity, working at the intersection of strategy and execution — shaping how Helsing is seen, understood and remembered by the people who matter most to our mission.
The day-to-day
- Brand campaigns — Own campaign production end-to-end: briefing, asset development, project management and delivery, ensuring every output is coherent, on-brand and built to last
- Product and launch marketing — Develop content that supports our product portfolio and lead the execution of major company events and product launches, from narrative and content through to logistics
- Website — Manage helsing.ai: its strategic direction, content pipeline and day-to-day consistency, ensuring the site reflects the quality and clarity of the organisation it represents
- Brand consistency — Build and maintain templates, collateral and internal brand pages so that everything Helsing publishes reads unmistakably as Helsing, wherever in the world it appears
- Suppliers, agencies and media — Source and manage external suppliers, agencies and media bookings, owning relationships, quotes, the supplier list and associated finance processes
- Marketing operations — Make brand delivery faster and more reliable through better documentation, clear sign-off workflows and considered use of tools — including AI — to remove friction and raise the floor
- Employer brand — Lead new initiatives to tell the Helsing story to the people we want to hire, contributing to how we show up across talent channels and recruitment marketing
You should apply if you
- Have hands-on experience in a brand, marketing or creative-operations role, and have successfully managed multiple workstreams through to delivery
- Notice when something is off — a colour, a comma, a tone — and take it upon yourself to fix it before being asked
- Build trust across teams quickly, coordinate across functions and bring clarity to competing priorities without losing momentum
- See what needs doing, follow through with focus, and hold your standards when timescales shift
- Write with precision and purpose — producing briefs, process documentation and stakeholder materials that people actually read and act on
- Have working knowledge of digital asset management, content management or project management platforms and know how to use them to raise the quality of what gets made
Note: We operate in an industry where women, as well as other minority groups, are systematically under-represented. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the listed qualifications; ability and impact cannot be summarised in a few bullet points.
Nice to Have
- Experience in, or a genuine interest in, the defence or deep-tech sectors
- Exposure to brand strategy, beyond execution — an understanding of how brand positioning decisions get made and why
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence, or their equivalents
- Proficiency in a second European language, ideally German or French

Helsing’s work is important. You’ll be directly contributing to the protection of democratic countries while balancing both ethical and geopolitical concerns
-
The work is unique. We operate in a domain that has highly unusual technical requirements and constraints, and where robustness, safety, and ethical considerations are vital. You will face unique Engineering and AI challenges that make a meaningful impact in the world
-
Our work frequently takes us right up to the state of the art in technical innovation, be it reinforcement learning, distributed systems, generative AI, or deployment infrastructure. The defence industry is entering the most exciting phase of the technological development curve. Advances in our field of world are not incremental: Helsing is part of, and often leading, historic leaps forward
-
In our domain, success is a matter of order-of-magnitude improvements and novel capabilities. This means we take bets, aim high, and focus on big opportunities. Despite being a relatively young company, Helsing has already been selected for multiple significant government contracts
