Job Description

Title of the Position: Brand Management Intern
Location: Santiago de Chile, Comuna Las Condes

Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
Profile: Students in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Communication, or Data Analytics with an interest in brand management and data analysis.
Duration: 12-18 months.
Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028. English Advanced.
Start Date: As soon as possible

About the role:

As a Brand Management Intern, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the growth and development of our brands. You will have the opportunity to work on real business challenges, coordinate projects, analyze information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive business objectives.

This role offers hands-on experience in brand management, giving you exposure to different aspects of the business, from understanding consumers and analyzing market information to supporting brand initiatives, managing projects, and translating insights into actionable plans.

Some of your tasks will be:

• Lead and coordinate brand projects and initiatives, ensuring effective execution and follow-up from end to end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support brand objectives and solve day-to-day business challenges.
• Analyze business, market, consumer, and/or brand information to identify insights, opportunities and actionable recommendations

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with an interest in understanding how businesses and brands grow.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience or basic knowledge of brand management, marketing, consumer goods, or retail.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, or brand activations.
• Experience working with data analysis and business reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI, dashboards, scorecards, or data visualization.
• Experience with market research, consumer insights, or social listening.
• Experience using AI tools to support analysis, productivity, or problem-solving.
• Strong presentation, communication, and data storytelling skills.
