À propos de ce poste Brand Events Manager chez Pact Coffee
We’re Pact, and we’re here to change the world of coffee.
We seek out the earth’s best beans from the world’s best growers, lovingly roast them, and serve them to you at their freshest.
You’ll find our speciality coffees in kitchens across the UK through our subscription and store, on the shelves at Waitrose and Ocado, on Amazon, and in offices, cafes and restaurants around the country.
Everyone on our team helps shape what we do - from sourcing to marketing to the moment a bag lands on someone’s doorstep. Last year, we roasted over half a million kilograms of coffee, and grew our team to 70 across our head office near London Bridge and our roastery in Surrey.
Fancy making a Pact with us?
The role
We’re looking for a Brand Events Manager to own Pact’s events and activations end to end, from spotting the right sponsorship opportunities to managing our mobile coffee box during a busy day of sampling.
Events are where people get to taste the difference in our coffee and experience our brand for themselves. Whether it’s a festival, a supermarket sampling, or a trade show, every activation is a chance to win new customers, impress grocery shoppers, and turn businesses into partners. We need someone to make every event count - choosing the right opportunities, delivering them brilliantly, and proving what they achieve. You’ll shape our events strategy and calendar, then roll up your sleeves and bring it to life.
What you’ll be doing
Events strategy and calendar
- Working with the wider team to identify and plan activations for our subscription, grocery, and B2B audiences that line up with our commercial and brand objectives.
- Setting clear goals for every activation, from footfall and leads to sampling conversions and revenue.
- Building the business case for the opportunities worth backing and unlocking the budget to make them happen.
- Reporting on what each activation achieved, including its return on investment.
Planning and delivery
- Taking every activation from brief to debrief - negotiating fees and contracts, choosing and managing suppliers, and creating production schedules, staffing, and training.
- Handling the details that keep everything running smoothly and safely - from running orders and risk assessments to insurance and permits.
- Leading on the day, on site, keeping things on-track, and finding a way through when plans - or the weather - change!
- Working with teams across the business to coordinate stock, storage, branding, marketing assets, and logistics.
- Teaming up with our Social Media and Content Creator to turn every activation into content worth sharing.
Requirements
You could be who we’re looking for if…
- You’ve got proven experience leading brand activations or events from start to finish for both consumer and B2B audiences.
- You think big picture and spot the opportunities worth chasing, but you’re just as happy rolling your sleeves up to get things done.
- You’ve got the wherewithal to make things happen. You stay calm when the pressure’s on, and you find a way through when plans change.
- You’re the kind of person people love working with. You build great relationships with colleagues and suppliers alike, and people are always happy to help you out.
- You’re brilliantly organised, and you can juggle several tasks at once without dropping a ball. If you do, you’re confident you can fix it.
- You set clear goals, measure what matters, and can show the return on every event.
- You know your way around coffee service and machinery in a café or coffee cart setting. This isn’t essential, but it’s a big bonus.
- You’re happy working from our London Bridge office three days a week, Tuesday to Thursday, plus evenings and weekends when your events calendar requires it.
This is your chance to bring Pact to life in the real world. You’ll be the one putting our coffee into people’s hands, watching them taste the difference, and knowing you made it happen. You’ll have real ownership from day one, and a team across the business and beyond to support you.
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, please send us your CV along with why you're perfect for the role. Please include at least one example of an event you've run from start to finish, and how you measured its success. We can't wait to hear what you've made happen.
