Brand Activation Executive Mass Market Channel

This position reports into Brand Activation Lead Mass Market and is based at Maroussi (Athens).

What you will do

The Brand Activation Executive for the Mass Market Channel is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of the regional strategy across SEE markets. This role contributes to business objectives by ensuring effective execution of brand plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual brand activation plan
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales performance
• Support business cases and evaluation of new opportunities
• Assist budget tracking and financial alignment
• Prepare performance reviews and KPI tracking
• Ensure consistent execution across markets
• Support retail media and activation initiatives
• Assist in developing agency briefs and coordination
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least years of experience in FMCG brand activation, marketing, or trade marketing
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office

• Experience in shopper marketing
• Hands-on execution mindset
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Interest in retail media and activation
