About the Role
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of branch operations, lead a passionate team and drive growth across agricultural products, services and merchandise.
You'll be at the heart of the local agricultural community, working closely with producers, industry stakeholders and your team to deliver exceptional service and sustainable business growth.
This role offers a unique combination of leadership, strategy, sales and community engagement, making it an ideal next step for an experienced agribusiness professional looking to broaden their impact.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team
Driving branch profitability, growth and commercial performance
Building trusted relationships with local producers and agricultural businesses
Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities
Growing Elders' presence across the region
Coaching and mentoring employees to reach their full potential
Championing a strong safety culture and commitment to zero harm
Promoting the full range of Elders products and services to support customer success
Delivering exceptional customer experiences and long-term client partnerships
What We're Looking For
You are a commercially minded leader who enjoys building relationships, developing people and creating positive outcomes for customers and communities.
You'll ideally bring:
Proven leadership experience within agribusiness, sales management or branch operations
Strong understanding of agricultural services and rural customers
Livestock and agency experience highly regarded
Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
A proactive and growth-focused mindset
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
A passion for supporting regional communities and Australian agriculture
The ability to lead through influence, collaboration and accountability
