We are seeking motivated HVAC professionals who are interested in transitioning into a BMS Trainee role through a structured 3-month onboarding and development program. • Qualified HVAC Technician.

• Commercial HVAC service and operational experience.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A proactive commitment to identifying and resolving safety risks.

• Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Sydney metropolitan area.
