「手術を成功に導く、あらゆる医師のBuddyとなる」

Surgery事業部は、このミッションのもと、外科領域における手術をより安全・確実にするための最新の医療サポートを提供しています。

主に「外科ヘルニア治療デバイス」と「止血材」の2つの分野で事業を展開し、医師と患者にとってより良いアウトカム創出に貢献します。

外科ヘルニア治療デバイス：業界をけん引するLeading Company

ヘルニア治療分野において、Surgery事業部は市場をリードする存在として、深い専門知識と豊富な経験を活かした情報提供を行っています。

医師のニーズに寄り添い、より安全で確実な手術を支える製品とサービスを通じて、業界の発展に貢献しています。

止血材：市場を切り拓くMarket Developer

止血材ビジネスでは、継続的なMarket Developmentを通じて市場を拡大し、売上を着実に伸ばしています。

手術における止血材の意義を科学的根拠とともに示し、より安全な手術環境の実現を支えることで、医師と患者のアウトカム向上に貢献しています。

Surgery事業部は、医療の現場で頼られる存在として、これからも医師とともに歩み、手術の成功を支えられる医療サポートを届けてまいります。

【職務内容】

・止血材専任者として、 テリトリー内で新規顧客を獲得し、売上計画を達成する 。​

・医師、看護師に対して自社製品の紹介や適正使用の手順に関しての説明を行う。

・必要に応じて、製品の適正使用を確実に行うためにオペ立会いを行う。

・販売代理店へ訪問し、各病院担当者との関係性を構築し、院内または競合情報を入手する。

さらに新規製品の導入が円滑に進むように努める。

・ヘルニア製品を担当する可能性はあります。

産婦人科、泌尿器科、外科、整形外科、循環器内科、脳神経外科など

【必須要件】

・営業経験３年以上の方

・出張可能な方

・車の運転ができる方

・思いやりと節度を持っている。チームとうまく溶け込むできるコミュニケーション能力を持っている方​

・状況に合わせて行動ができる、新しい事へチャレンジできる方
