Billing Specialist

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Davie, FL team

This position reports to the Technical Services Manager. This role is onsite and is based in our Davie, FL, office. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance with contract terms and company policies.
• Understanding Oracle Project Billing functionality to create customer invoices
• Review client contracts to understand billing requirements and terms.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.).
• Coordinate with sales, finance, project administration, analysts, and other relevant roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
• Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and concerns.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

Basic Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship 
  
• Must have a reliable form of transportation 

Preferred Requirements: 

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in billing, customer facing and/or finance related field.
