Order & Billing Specialist

The Order & Billing Specialist is the central point of the customer order process, managing the full operational flow from signed offer to customer invoicing. The role covers order setup, billing of consultant hours, supplier purchase orders, delivery follow-up and customer billing, while coordinating with multiple teams and systems. Strong multitasking, organization, autonomy, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check and set up contracts in the system.
• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

• Process purchase orders and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services.

• Manage activities across multiple systems and complex processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Resolve client queries related to billing and deliveries of goods and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in billing, order management, purchasing or a related administrative role.
• Solid understanding of billing and purchasing processes.
• Comfortable working with multiple and complex systems, tools, and processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a strong ability to find practical solutions in a complex operational environment.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• English: B2 or above
• French : Fluent
