Position Summary: 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Accurately enter and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring correct pricing, product selection, quantities, customer information, delivery requirements, and special instructions. 

  • Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring all order details remain accurate throughout the process. 

  • Monitor open orders and backorders, maintaining realistic delivery dates and proactively communicating changes to customers. 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, shipment tracking, delivery issues, shortages, overages, returns, and quality concerns. 

  • Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Shipping, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution. 

  • Process customer returns, credits, debit memos, and invoice adjustments accurately and in a timely manner. 

  • Maintain customer records, pricing information, delivery instructions, and other master data within SAP. 

  • Support pricing updates and ensure pricing accuracy within the system. 

  • Coordinate transportation and delivery requirements with Logistics and Shipping teams as needed. 

  • Work closely with Sales Representatives and Sales Management to resolve customer issues, pricing inquiries, and purchase order discrepancies. 

  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain all required documentation and records. 

  • Participate in inventory count activities as required. 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, customer requirements, and internal processes. 

  • Support departmental goals related to customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and service excellence. 

Education and Certifications:

• • 5-7 years of Inside Sales and/or Customer Service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). 

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is considered an asset. 

  • Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred. 

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
