Bid Coordinator Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R0144072)
at our location in Kuala-Lumpur
Main Tasks and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
Assist Bid team to:
Support the preparation of tender and proposal documentation to the customer.
Review bid requirements and develop proposal outlines, templates, and compliance matrices.
Coordinate preparation & distribution of related tender documents and submission of bid.
Work closely with sales, technical, and other internal teams to gather for proposal compilation.
Ensure that all proposal documents are properly formatted and organized.
Review of RFP/RFQ documents to understand submission requirements.
Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and overall effectiveness.
Qualification
Education and Experience
Degree graduate in Business Admin, Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good multitasking and organizational skills.
Can work in team, proactive and self-motivated.
Knowledge/ Skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting proposals.
Bid administrators must have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bid documents and administrative tasks.
Personal Attributes
The ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines is essential in a dynamic business environment.
Effective communication, both verbal and written, is key when liaising with stakeholders, negotiating contract terms, and documenting agreements.
Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple bids, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously.
