Within the ACCIONA Internship Program you will be part of a team that will involve you in projects from day one, you will be accompanied by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day to day of a global company.

Desde ACCIONA buscamos un estudiante de último curso con iniciativa, dinamismo y capacidad analítica para dar apoyo al equipo corporativo en proyectos del área de Recursos Humanos.

Funciones:

• Colaboración en proyectos transversales de transformación de Recursos Humanos en un entorno internacional.
• Análisis de datos y elaboración de presentaciones para apoyo a la toma de decisiones y seguimiento de proyectos.
• Apoyo en la investigación de tendencias y mejores prácticas del mercado en materia de talento, desarrollo y organización.
• Participación con el equipo en la gestión y desarrollo de los Programas globales de Talento Joven de ACCIONA.
• Colaboración en iniciativas de relación con universidades y escuelas, incluyendo ferias de empleo, foros universitarios y charlas a estudiantes.

Requisitos:

• Estudiante de último curso de Grado en ADE, Psicología, Economía o titulaciones similares.
• Interés por la gestión de proyectos, trabajar en un entorno dinámico y orientado a las personas.
• Capacidad analítica, de organización y gestión
• Manejo de Excel, especialmente para el análisis y la organización de datos.
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas y de trabajo en equipo
• Nivel alto de inglés.

Condiciones:

• Posibilidad de firmar un Convenio de Prácticas con la universidad, cursando último año de grado.
• Disponibilidad para realizar una beca de 6 meses a jornada completa
• Incorporación inmediata o a partir de enero.
