Your Main Responsibilities

Manage and scale strategic Beauty and Cosmetics brand partners and distributors in Saudi Arabia.

Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential beauty brands and sellers aligned with marketplace priorities.

Own account performance and identify key levers to drive GMV growth, assortment expansion, and overall commercial results.

Build strong, long-term relationships with key beauty brand principals and lead high-level commercial negotiations.

Identify assortment and trending product gaps using beauty market trends and competitor insights.

Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns with key beauty partners.

Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support sustainable partner growth.
What We’re Looking For

Strong commercial experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fragrance, and/or E-Commerce, ideally within the Saudi market.

Proven track record in key account management, brand partnerships, or commercial category management.

Experience managing top-tier beauty brands, regional distributors, and handling complex commercial terms.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and multi-stakeholder management skills.

Commercial mindset with strong data-driven decision-making, project management, and multitasking capabilities.

In-depth understanding of the Saudi beauty retail ecosystem and local consumer buying habits.

Fluency in Arabic and English.
