1.      Preparación de Bebidas:

a.    Preparar y servir bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas según los estándares establecidos del menú o de acuerdo con las preferencias de los clientes.

b.   Conocer y dominar las recetas de cócteles y bebidas populares, así como las nuevas tendencias de bebidas.

c.    Asegurar    que     las    bebidas    sean    de                  alta    calidad             y                  presentadas

adecuadamente (en el vaso adecuado, con la decoración apropiada, etc.).

2.      Atención al Cliente

a.    Brindar un servicio cordial, eficiente      y personalizado a cada cliente, garantizando una experiencia positiva y agradable.

b.   Escuchar    y   entender    las   necesidades                   de los              clientes,                   ofreciendo recomendaciones sobre bebidas o combinaciones según sus preferencias.

c.    Manejar quejas o problemas de los clientes                                                                              de manera calmada y profesional, asegurando su satisfacción.

3.  Manejo del Bar

a. Organizar y mantener el área del bar limpia y ordenada en todo momento, incluyendo la limpieza de superficies, cristalería, utensilios y equipo.
