The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge | Snoqualmie, WA

Great Cocktails. Exceptional Hospitality. An Incredible Team.

At The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge, we believe that great hospitality is about more than just delivering excellent food and drinks. It's about creating memorable experiences, building genuine relationships, and taking pride in every detail. We're looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Bartender who knows their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings the kind of energy and professionalism that elevates everyone around them. We aren't looking for someone who simply knows how to make a great cocktail. We're looking for someone who understands how to create an experience.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, holds themselves to a high standard, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

• Experience & Expertise: A strong foundation in classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and modern mixology, with the confidence to deliver both quality and consistency.
• Hospitality First: A natural ability to connect with members, anticipate their needs, remember their preferences, and make every visit feel personal.
• Self-Motivated & Accountable: Someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. You take initiative, stay organized, and hold yourself accountable for delivering excellence.
• Strong Work Ethic: You understand that being a great bartender means more than working behind the bar. It's preparation, cleanliness, teamwork, attention to detail, and pride in your environment.
• Composure Under Pressure: You can manage a busy bar, balance multiple priorities, and maintain your personality and professionalism when the pace picks up.
• Team Mentality: You recognize that exceptional service is a team effort and are always willing to support those around you.
