Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)

Rate: £21.50 - £34.33 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our dynamic team. As a CPN, you will provide essential mental health care and support to individuals within the community. Your role will involve assessing patients’ mental health needs, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community services.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration.
• Proven experience in mental health nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in mental health care.
