Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns, averaging 150 dials per day.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline by booking a minimum of 20 qualified calls per month.
- Overcome objections with confidence and navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
- Meticulously track all activity and lead status within the CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the sales team.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to act as a credible first point of contact for prospects.
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience is mandatory.
- Native-level English.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proven track record in a high-volume cold calling environment.
- Disciplined work ethic with the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout 150+ dials daily.
