B2B Graphic Designer (Performance Ads – LinkedIn, Meta & Google) – Remote | EST
Position Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a B2B Graphic Designer to create high-performing static advertising creatives for cold B2B audiences across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Display.
This is not a brand-design-only role. Your work will be directly connected to campaign performance, clicks, engagement, and conversions.
You’ll take campaign messaging, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) insights, offers, and growth strategies and translate them into clear, compelling creatives designed to capture attention and drive action.
We’re looking for a designer who understands that successful performance creative combines strong visual design, messaging hierarchy, buyer psychology, and continuous testing.
If you design with performance in mind and enjoy using campaign data to make your next creative better than the last, this role is a strong fit.

You’ll consider:
- Target audience
- Buyer pain points
- Value propositions

- Offer positioning

Rather than simply receiving a brief and producing a graphic, you’ll contribute ideas about how the message should be presented visually to maximize performance.

Support a structured creative testing process.
You’ll:
- Develop multiple variations of winning concepts.
- Create alternative headlines, layouts, CTAs, and visual approaches.
- Support A/B and multivariate creative testing.
- Review performance feedback from marketing teams.
- Identify patterns across winning and underperforming creatives.
- Iterate based on actual campaign results.
