Role and Responsibilities

Job Description
To lead and drive the strategic development of B2B business models and AI-driven transformation initiatives across all product divisions (MX, D.Sol, AC) in the LATAM region. This role is pivotal in identifying cross-divisional opportunities, fostering integrated offerings, and ensuring alignment with the vision of TM Roh, the DX Sector Head. By leveraging AI tools, enhancing productivity, and improving data quality, the Senior Manager will contribute to the company's growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage in the B2B market. The position will also focus on supporting governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Job Responsabilities

- Lead cross-divisional business development: Identify and capitalize on integrated-offering opportunities across MX, D.Sol, and AC divisions to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Drive AI-driven B2B transformation: Develop and implement AI tools and solutions to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and improve reporting accuracy.

- Support governance and KPIs: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, track performance metrics, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

- Conduct marketing sensing: Utilize MI (Market Intelligence) and BI (Business Intelligence) analysis to monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

- Foster collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Product Development, to align strategies and execute initiatives effectively.

- Ensure compliance and quality: Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards while delivering results.

- Develop talent and teams: Mentor and guide team members to build capabilities in AI, B2B strategies, and business transformation.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B markets or AI-driven companies, with a focus on business development and transformation.

• Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

• Expertise in developing AI projects.

• Knowledge of governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.

• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
