As an Azure AI Productivity & Adoption Lead - Manager, you will drive innovation and efficiency within our Software and Product Innovation group, focusing on software engineering to enhance client support. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will work within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, focusing on Azure Native Development & Testing. Your efforts will be instrumental in advancing platform engineering and architecture, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and adoption of Azure AI solutions to enhance productivity and client engagement
- Managing software engineering projects with a focus on application development and testing
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and architecture to support business process improvements
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to validate software quality
- Facilitating business requirements analysis and translating them into functional software solutions
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development
- Promoting innovation and embracing change within software engineering teams
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to maintain system performance and reliability
- Engaging in strategic planning and execution to drive successful project outcomes
- Building relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's degree
- 6–8 years organizational change management or workforce transformation consulting

- Direct M365 Copilot deployment experience through the full adoption lifecycle — not just pilot

- Hands-on Copilot Studio program experience: agent design patterns, connector governance, DLP/Purview controls, citizen developer enablement 

- Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent OCM methodology grounding 
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
