Job Description:

Auxiliar Técnico – Oficina Técnica

• Objetivo del cargo
  Brindar soporte técnico y documental a la Oficina Técnica, asegurando el control, organización y trazabilidad de la información crítica del proyecto, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, plazo, costo y seguridad de la obra.

Principales funciones

• Gestionar y mantener actualizada la documentación técnica del proyecto.
• Controlar versiones y distribución de planos y antecedentes vigentes a terreno.
• Apoyar cubicaciones, mediciones y control de avance físico de la obra.
• Consolidar respaldos documentales para estados de pago y valorizaciones.

Requisitos

• Técnico de Nivel Superior en Construcción, Obras Civiles, Ingeniería en Construcción o carrera afín.
• Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en Oficina Técnica, control documental de obra o funciones similares.
• Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
• Conocimientos de AutoCAD; deseable manejo de Revit, MS Project y metodología BIM.
