Es quien ofrece la mejor experiencia en las habitaciones para nuestros huéspedes a través de su atención al detalle, asegurando que todas las habitaciones estén limpias y cumplan con los estándares. Este rol anticipa, personaliza y satisface las necesidades de los huéspedes antes de que se les solicite, y está bien informado sobre los servicios y comodidades del hotel.

 

Lo que vas a hacer: 

• Limpiar, desempolvar y desinfectar todas las áreas de la habitación del huésped (dormitorio, sala de estar, comedor y baño) de acuerdo con los procedimientos.
• Realizar las tareas de camarero/a de habitaciones en habitaciones ocupadas y habitaciones de salida.
• Proporcionar el servicio de cobertura para los huéspedes.
• Buscar oportunidades para personalizar la experiencia de servicio para cada huésped.

Requisitos:

• Más de un año de experiencia trabajando en el área de limpieza de hoteles es considerado un valor agregado.
• Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
