  • Represent and promote NAPA Autotech training, NAPA programs, parts, tools, and equipment professionally.
  • Communicate training feedback, customer needs, course issues, and improvement opportunities to management, curriculum developers, and other appropriate stakeholders.
  • Participate in needs assessments, pilots, curriculum-development activities, and continuous-improvement initiatives by providing technical expertise, feedback, case studies, and content recommendations.

Administration, Assets and Compliance

  • Complete required pre-class and post-class administration accurately and on time, including rosters, evaluations, assessments, attendance records, materials, expense reports, and related documentation.
  • Safely transport, set up, operate, and store training materials, parts, tools, demonstration equipment, and audiovisual resources.
  • Maintain and protect assigned vehicles, training equipment, demonstration aids, computers, credit cards, and other company assets.
  • Maintain current automotive, product, facilitation, and adult-learning knowledge through professional development, hands-on work, self-study, train-the-trainer programs, and industry involvement.
  • Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and applicable customer-site requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
