Responsible for the assessment, planning, deployment, testing, and optimization of site communication networks for autonomous mining and remote-control applications, including 4G/LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Starlink, RTK, and related wireless infrastructure. The role supports project implementation, customer delivery, and reliable network operations.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Network Assessment & Solution Design 

• Conduct site network assessments and analyze existing communication infrastructure 
• Evaluate 4G/LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Starlink, and RTK network availability 
• Develop wireless coverage and RF spectrum utilization plans 
• Generate Network Readiness Assessment reports 

2. Network Deployment & System Integration 

• Design, deploy, and support wireless network environments 
• Support Wi-Fi, Private 5G, Cellular, Microwave, and Wireless Mesh technologies 
• Support connectivity for autonomous and remote-control systems 
• Coordinate deployment activities with suppliers, carriers, and customers 

3. Network Testing & Validation 

• Develop and execute network test plans 
• Conduct coverage, bandwidth, latency, roaming, and reliability testing 
• Utilize spectrum analyzers, site survey tools, and drive-test tools 
• Generate network performance reports 

4. Infrastructure Support & Reliability Improvement 

• Manage and maintain site wireless infrastructure 
• Support LTE, 5G, and Private 5G network optimization 
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions 
• Improve network reliability and availability 

5. Technical Support & Documentation 

• Prepare site assessment reports, test reports, and technical documentation 
• Support customer training and project delivery 
• Support field implementation and technical support activities

3. 网络测试与性能验证

• 制定并执行网络测试计划 
• 开展覆盖率、带宽、时延、稳定性及切换性能测试 
• 使用频谱分析仪、Site Survey及Drive Test工具开展网络评估 
• 输出测试报告及性能分析结果 

4. 网络运维与可靠性提升

• 管理和维护现场无线网络基础设施 
• 支持4G/LTE、5G及Private 5G网络优化及运维 
• 开展网络问题根因分析及整改闭环 
• 提升网络可靠性及系统可用性 

5. 技术支持与文档管理

• 编写网络评估报告、测试报告及技术文档 
• 支持客户培训及项目交付 
• 支持现场实施及技术支持活动

Qualifications 

Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Networking, Automation, or a related discipline 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wireless communications, networking, systems administration, or related technical operations 
• Experience supporting enterprise networking and wireless technologies 
• Ability to support activities at customer sites, proving grounds, and mining operations 

Technical Skills 

• Knowledge of 4G/LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Starlink, and RTK technologies 
• Experience in wireless network planning, deployment, testing, and optimization 
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, Ethernet, and common network testing tools 
• Understanding of network reliability, wireless coverage planning, RF spectrum utilization, and troubleshooting methodologies 

Soft Skills 

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities 
• Good technical documentation skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in autonomous mining or remote-control applications 
• Experience deploying Private 5G, Wi-Fi, or Starlink solutions 
• Familiarity with network coverage testing and optimization methods 
• Experience working with telecom carriers, network vendors, or system integrators

• 具备无线网络规划、部署、测试及优化经验 
• 熟悉TCP/IP、Ethernet等网络基础知识及常用网络测试工具 
• 了解网络可靠性、无线覆盖规划、RF频谱管理及问题分析方法 

通用能力

• 良好的沟通协调及客户关系管理能力 
• 较强的问题分析与解决能力 
• 良好的技术文档编写能力 

优先条件

• 有矿山自动驾驶或远程控制项目经验 
• 有Private 5G、Wi-Fi或Starlink等低轨宽带星座接收部署经验 
• 熟悉网络覆盖测试及性能优化方法 
• 有运营商、网络设备商或系统集成项目经验
