Responsibilities for this position include:

• Act as a liaison between dealership and customers/vendors.
• Direct the flow of incoming patrons and phone calls to the dealership in a friendly and courteous way, while ensuring the use of the correct greeting and etiquette as determined by management.
• Supporting the sales management and sales staff.
• Directing customers to sales representatives and check in appointments. Input notes into the CRM system.
• Compiling data and developing detailed spreadsheets.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations.
• Keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.

PAY RATE: $27 Per Hour

Requirements

• Previous reception/administrative assistant experience, automotive reception experience preferred.
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, highly organized.
• Professional appearance and ability to work well with others
• Phone and computer skills required - experience with Google suite and Excel preferred.
