Where You'll Make a Difference

• Analyze business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, following industry best practices and enterprise standards.
• Implement solutions using UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework), including exception handling, transactional processing, and queue-based architecture.
• Develop reusable components, custom activities, and automation libraries to accelerate delivery and enhance standardization across projects.
• Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow, Enterprise Resource Planning platforms, APIs, and other enterprise applications to support seamless business processes.
• Leverage Generative Artificial Intelligence capabilities, including Large Language Models, intelligent document processing, and conversational automation use cases.
• Apply comprehensive testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automations while providing ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including Process Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, test plans, deployment guides, and support documentation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
• UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Professional Developer Certification is required.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience delivering UiPath automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying 20+ production-grade automations with measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in UiPath REFramework, advanced automation patterns, exception handling, and queue-based processing.
• Experience integrating automations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle Fusion, or similar systems.
• Solid understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies, including Document Understanding, AI Center, API integrations, and secure credential management.
• Experience working with source control systems such as Git and automation deployment pipelines following DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and produce clear technical documentation.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience with Snowflake data management and analytics platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar process improvement expertise.
• Exposure to UiPath Insights, Maestro, Agile delivery methodologies, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications.
