As an Audit and Assurance - Digital Assurance - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent and objective evaluations of financial statements, internal controls, and other critical information. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on enhancing the credibility and reliability of digital environments, including processes, controls, cybersecurity measures, and data systems, helping organizations build trust in their technology while adhering to relevant regulations.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading digital assurance initiatives to evaluate clients' digital environments, including cybersecurity measures and AI systems
- Managing the assessment of internal controls and compliance with regulations to enhance credibility and reliability of financial statements
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of audits and assurance projects
- Utilizing auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks to identify and address risks in digital processes
- Developing and implementing data quality assurance testing and validation procedures
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in digital assurance
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address compliance and governance challenges
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for optimizing governance and risk management processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant
- At least 7 years of experience
- At least one of the following: US Licensed CPA or Chartered Accountant, CISA
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Relevant experience in auditing and IT controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing IT solutions
