We are currently looking for an individual to support our product line management and merchandising team as the brand continues to grow and we expand into new categories and introduce new styles. This is a highly collaborative role and a perfect fit for someone who is passionate whilst being business savvy and a strong team player. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and eager to roll up their sleeves to play a critical role on the business side of product creation in a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities:

Data Input. Gathering, entering, and organizing product attribute information, pricing, and related data to support line planning.

SKU Creation. Creating and maintaining accurate PSKUs and VSKUs across both genders for apparel, accessories and footwear.

NetSuite Integration. Handling the data sync from Centric to Netsuite.

Centric Updates. Maintaining and updating seasonal product information and line plans in Centric PLM.

Showroom & Sample Management. Maintain the showroom and organize product samples.

Market Research. Researching competitors, trends, and market conditions to inform product decisions.

Focus Groups. Organizing internal focus groups and delivering participant feedback.

Internal Market Reports. Compiling the Market Report that track competitor and market activity.

Buy Ready Files for wholesale expansion (Grivet). Preparing and creating SKU files for Grivet and future partners.

Accuracy in record of product information – ensuring information is accurate across all platforms as we move to gendered SKUs such as pricing.

Qualification Requirements:

Undergraduate or Graduate Degree

0-2 years of professional experience (Product/Footwear/Apparel experience a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must (PLM Systems a plus)

Knowledge of the brand and the sports/performance industry is a plus

Knowledge of Training, Running, Golf, Tennis, Cycling and/or Triathlons and Sport is a plus

Excellent communication and organization skills

Self-starter with great attention to detail

Willingness to get your hands dirty

Committed cross-functional partner and team player

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving hyper growth environment with evolving processes
