The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration, plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Associate Director, Clinic/Center Administration requires an understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration develops and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and operating procedures for the clinic and works with clinicians to ensure patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Daily travel to work at the Conviva Care clinics.
- Management experience in clinical care or related field, with experience in a full-risk VBC environment.
- Experience with healthcare regulations, compliance, and managed care.
- Experience with EMR systems, DataHub, NPS, and other relevant software tools.
- We consider this job patient facing and Humana includes it in its Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We will require candidates selected for this job to screen for TB.
- Associates working in the State of Florida will need ACHA Level II Background clearance.
- Must have a valid driver's license as there will be travel between centers.
- IPAs, community organizations, and other health plan staff.
- Candidates selected for this job will require adherence to Humana's flu vaccine policy.
Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree preferably in Business administration Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or, in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of Healthcare
- 5 years Management experience in clinical care or related field, with experience in a full-risk VBC environment.
- Basic knowledge of Population Health and how it comes to life in a global risk primary care environment
- Familiarity with Medicare and Risk model
- Experience managing a budget of $1M+
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00
Note: Daily travel to work at Broward County centers required
