Under the direction of the Senior (IC) Manager, the Inventory Analyst will work with e.l.f. Beauty’s third-party logistics (3PL) providers and Contract Manufacturers by managing our inventory at multiple locations. Tasks would be receiving componentry, completing production work orders and processing shipments in ERP systems. The Associate Manager will work closely with, but not limited to, order management, transportation, production and supply planners, the accounting team, and third-party providers to support keeping the inventory accurate. The Associate Manager will assist them in duties related to inventory Sox compliance, systemic variances, and inventory reconciliations for each partner. Inventory destruction, damages, donations, eComm inventory fulfillment, and cycle count program. Also, the individual will perform other related responsibilities as assigned. This includes participating in e.l.f.’s Continuous Improvement program. This is a Hybrid role consisting of 3 days in office and 2 days WFH available.

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
