Responsibilities
Author realtime cinematics and interactive dialog sequences in our proprietary engine
Develop junior talent through artistic feedback sessions and performance review cycles
Develop and enforce standard practices for an evolving pipeline and toolset
Design features to keep our workflows and technology on the competitive edge
Requirements
The ideal candidate would have 3+ years in an artistic role with a focus on visual storytelling either in games or animation
A strong sense of cameras, staging and storytelling
Interest in film and long form media
Dedication to growing an artist in parallel with growing as a lead.
Experience with 3D authorship
Nice to Haves
1+ years experience leading or coordinating a team of artists
Experience in a game engine
