Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

In business transformation digital solutions at PwC, you will assist clients with business transformations leveraging large scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Identity and Access Management tools and other business applications. You will utilise innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. Working in this area, you will assess the client’s approach for ERP security, business process and IT General Controls, while educating our clients on leading practice recommendations.

Role Purpose Support the design, implementation, adoption, and governance of digital transformation initiatives across the Assurance practice. The role focuses on enabling audit teams through innovative technologies, driving user adoption, supporting business process improvements, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, and contributing to the deployment of emerging audit and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.

• Assist with user adoption activities, communications, awareness campaigns, and change management initiatives.

• Collaborate with methodology leaders, territory stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, obtain approvals, and support implementation readiness activities.

• Perform research and analysis on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and audit innovation opportunities.

• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and transformation network activities.

• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and track implementation actions, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with one or more years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate management acumen.
