We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Center of Excellence team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The role is designed to support supports the Center of Excellence by enabling accurate, timely, and consistent reporting, strengthening operational alignment across regions, and improving the effectiveness of sales operations processes. The role acts as a trusted partner to Operations, CIS, and Change stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are aligned, adopted, and continuously improved

We will count on you to:

• Partner closely with regional stakeholders to understand reporting needs, resolve routine issues, and ensure reporting deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Serve as the key conduit between Mpower and Sales Operations teams, coordinating requirements, clarifying priorities, and helping to keep communication and delivery aligned across teams.
• Oversee report creation by CIS partners, reviewing outputs for accuracy, insight, and timeliness while also helping to identify and address any data quality or process gaps.
• Support continuous improvement by developing practical solutions that reduce manual effort, improve reporting processes, strengthen operational control, and enhance collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a similar discipline is a plus.
• 10-12 years’ experience in sales operations, reporting support, or administrative coordination, with the ability to manage structured work, support business stakeholders, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when reviewing reports, monitoring data quality, handling requests, and ensuring outputs meet agreed standards.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, follow through on actions, and work confidently to deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with comfort working across systems, data, and access processes, and the judgment to escalate issues appropriately when needed.
• Well versed with key research tools such as Capital IQ, Factiva, Thomson One, etc.

• Experience working across Operations, Tech teams, Change, or regional teams in a role where you have helped coordinate reporting activity, clarify requirements, and support timely delivery.
• A track record of identifying process improvements, simplifying manual tasks, and contributing practical ideas that improve efficiency, reporting consistency, and team collaboration.
• Confidence in supporting change adoption by helping stakeholders understand updates, preparing supporting materials, and reinforcing new ways of working effectively.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships and contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement across the COE.
