What you'll do:

In the capacity of Client Implementation Manager – Transaction Banking based in London, you will assume responsibility for managing intricate implementation projects for clients throughout the EMEA region. Your daily activities will entail close collaboration with clients to discern their specific treasury needs, guiding them through seamless integration processes while ensuring their satisfaction at every juncture. Leveraging your technical acumen regarding industry standards such as ISO20022 messaging formats and SWIFT protocols, you will deliver bespoke solutions that enhance workflow efficiency. * Oversee end-to-end global and regional implementation projects encompassing all Transaction Banking products for clients, ensuring timely achievement of revenue objectives.

* Support the strategic imperatives of the business by promoting a positive organisational culture and advancing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

* Foster trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and a nuanced understanding of treasury and business requirements.

* Identify, address, and assume ownership of any impediments affecting successful implementation utilising logical problem-solving skills to ensure an exemplary customer experience.

* Consistently deliver efficient integration and documentation processes for clients and internal stakeholders in accordance with global standards.

* Enhance client experience through consultative approaches that streamline business workflows and optimise investments in treasury management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).

* Adapt communication style appropriately for diverse global audiences, ensuring clarity in messaging to both customers and internal stakeholders.

* Demonstrate proficiency in industry standards such as ISO20022 messaging formats, SWIFT for Corporates, digital channels, payment landscapes, and testing methodologies.

What you bring:

As Client Implementation Manager – Transaction Banking you will bring substantial expertise in orchestrating complex projects from inception through completion within demanding timelines. Your extensive experience in customer-facing positions has endowed you with refined interpersonal skills essential for nurturing enduring relationships founded upon trust. You possess comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing transaction banking operations including ISO20022 messaging standards as well as familiarity with SWIFT protocols. Your technical proficiency encompasses ERP integrations (notably SAP S/4HANA), TMS platforms such as Kyriba or FIS Quantum, connectivity protocols like HTTPS/SFTP/SWIFTnet, encryption mechanisms including PGP, MS Office suite applications—Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/MS Teams—and you are keen to further expand your skillset into AI-driven workflow automation. Your ability to communicate effectively across cultures ensures harmonious collaboration between clients and internal teams alike. Certifications such as PRINCE2/PMP or International Cash Management are valued but not mandatory; what is most important is your commitment to continuous improvement through participation in change initiatives that foster sustainable business effectiveness.

* Demonstrated experience managing successful project implementations utilising appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery within stipulated timelines.

* Extensive background in customer-facing roles with a proven record of client centricity and relationship cultivation.

* Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory developments including ISO20022 standards, CBPR+ reporting requirements, SWIFT initiatives such as G4C, transaction screening, validation services, and instant payments.

* Experience integrating with corporate API gateways or portals within banking or fintech environments.

* Proficiency in industry applications involving ERP systems (such as SAP S/4HANA), TMS platforms (Kyriba, FIS Quantum), specialist fintech platforms, connectivity protocols (HTTPS, SFTP), encryption mechanisms (PGP), MS Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint), and digital channels.

* Intellectual curiosity coupled with technical aptitude for learning commonly utilised treasury management systems; exposure to SAP S/4HANA migrations or comparable platforms is highly desirable.

* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt style for global audiences; capable of conveying clear messages to both customers and internal stakeholders.

* Motivation to develop practical AI capability supported by introductory experience or conceptual ideas for workflow automation is preferred.

* Project management methodology certification (PRINCE2 or PMP) is advantageous but not essential; Certificate of International Cash Management is also desirable.

* Capacity to participate in or lead change initiatives that enhance business effectiveness sustainably.
