Specific Skills

·  Maintains movements & historical data of all facilities raised by property/ leasing/corporate finance group
·  Calculates interest payments

·  Applies sound verbal & written skills
·  Monitors day to day activities of client relationships
·  Interacts with internal clients, peers & supervisor or team leader, Account Managers & Accounting personnel re interest payments, account queries & status of accounts. External contracts would be limited to specific function

·  Plans in conjunction with supervisor daily & weekly activities
·  Undertakes specific tasks generally assigned on daily or weekly basis

·  Collates information

·  Provides services & information on range of products/ services
