Responsibilities：

1.Asset and Strategy Sourcing & Development

• Formulate overall strategies and plans for asset sourcing and development to fulfill the company's strategy and product requirements.
• Based on the overall plan, primarily focuses on identifying and building standard assets/strategies from onshore and offshore capital markets to meet portfolio management needs.
• Assist in sourcing high-quality non-standard assets and help establish/maintain stable asset sourcing channels.
• Coordinate across different functions (incl. RQA, L&C, Operations, etc.) to drive efficient and smooth process for asset and strategy implementation.

2.Portfolio Management Support

• Work closely with portfolio managers across different product lines to understand their needs and match them with suitable assets and strategies.
• Track the performance of allocated assets and strategies and provide ongoing support to portfolio managers for further adjustments per needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in WMS industry, with accumulated experience from asset and strategy sourcing/development.
• Bachelor's degree and above with major in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Solid understanding of various asset classes including bonds, non-standard assets, and equities.
• Build a strong/broad professional network with excellent business communication skills.
• Able to capture the cooperation opportunities and establish/maintain strong partnerships.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively build the connection between asset and investment strategy.
• Able to take lead/thrive in a fast-paced/start-up organization environment, with a can-do attitude.
• Results-oriented, with strong capabilities in project management.

BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
